Sorry for the arithmetic slip --100,000 would be one in 2500 ---that is the
"traditional" wrong number. Everything reported at the Baltimore meeting
pointed to 1 in 200-300, the same as in Europe. The number now diagnosed is
somewhere inbetween, thus my question.
