I tried to make oatmeal cookies for St. Patrick's Day. I used a recipe from Carol Fenster's book, using Jule's flour and Only Oats ( quick oats, gluten free). They were dry as dust.
Does anyone have any advice on a good oatmeal cookies recipe that is moist? Thanks. I will summarize.
