My thoughts on this article are related to the nature of what they are using the microwaves for. How the microwaves when used in focused amounts can actually do good to destroy tumors and other invaders to the closed Eco-system called humans.

So if the nature of microwaves create a high vibrational frequency that disrupts cellular tissue and causes human flesh to burn from the inside out, why would you cook food that way? If all good and bad microbes are destroyed you are eating food that has no nutritional value. Thus creating nutritional deficit.

IMHO it doesn't matter how clean of a diet you eat. If you "nuke" the life out of your food then you will get sick. Your system will not have any nutrients to uptake because there won't be any. You must replenish the essential bacteria and enzymes needed for each organ to do its job in the process of digestion. If you never replenish, then you will always be running on empty.

Life is a balance. I notice that there is a lot of focus on diet here. In life that is only 1/3 of the problem. We have 2/3 left that still need to be considered.
I hope that there has been earlier discussion on the lifestyle of the paleo-man and the extreme differences in the physical and emotional stresses they faced in respect to "modern man".
