I use OE, and it has a fully integrated and accessible spell checker. I find
it easiest to set it so the spell checker runs when I press send. Then it
catches any misspellings and gives me a chance to fix before sending. I have
seen though that some computers come with the wrong language spell checker
installed. I had one that spelled checked in French which was of course
useless. I never figured out how to get hold of the English spell Checker.

Subject: Re: [VICUG-L] Spell checker for outlook express
It's been a long time since I've used Outlook Express, and I don't recall
which spell checker I used, but Google lead me to the following:

iews.html
From just reading the reviews, it looks like it's integrated into OE and
should be accessible. Maybe others using a spell checker with OE can point
you to the one they're using.
Another option would be to move to Windows Live Mail, which includes a spell
checker among other things.
