If you interface your computer with the Icom 7000 software, or possibly with
Ham Radio Deluxe software, I bet you can read SWR settings, power out, and
so on, that way. I just bought a netbook that I am going to use in my ham
shack to interface with the 7000 using ham radio deluxe, and a couple of
other programs such as the Icom software, so once I've made some head way, I
will report on if it works or not.
