Hi Walter, there was a song by Betty Johnson in the late fiftys called
the "Little Blue Man,, and the chorus said "I love you I love you said
the little blue man, I love you I love you to Bits!  I Love You I Love
You said the little blue man and scared me right out of my witts," not
sure about any little green man  song, although I know they were quite
often mentioned in some of those old songs.  HTH, dd.
