Well, I've had the K3 for a few days now and all the hype turns out to be
accurate.. It's true, I'm not too familiar with today's digital signal
processing having used a ts440 for the past 21 years but this thing is
unbelievable. I've never used a better CW rig and I've barely scratched the
surface of what it can do. With every QSO I'm more impressed.

As for access, it's no kenwood 480 but it's certainly usable. It should be
even better once I get K3-voice running but I'm having trouble getting the
computer and K3 to talk with each other. I'm sure that'll be solved soon.
In the meantime, I'll try to check into the net tomorrow and I'll keep you
all posted on my progress. I'm hoping the non-hams in my life will forgive
me for being a bit distracted lately. 73, Lou
