Yes, but the instructions don't say the resister is on the synthesizer
board, it just says r75 which I'd guess is somewhere else in the
receiver. Just as icom tole me to adjust r2701, which certainly isn't
on the ut102. If the adjustment was actually on the board itself, one
wouldn't think a special note had to be sent to tell a person where to
adjust the level.
