There are already various sites on the web which give advice on how to cut down on intake of AGEs and heterocyclic amines.

http://www.drweil.com/drw/u/QAA400243/Cooking-to-Fight-Inflammation.html

etc.

There are some general rules such as, obviously, the less you heat the food, the less heat-created toxins get released, and even if you don't want to go for the rawpalaeo approach re raw meats, I should add that many cooked-palaeos are omnivorous so changing their (35%?)fruit/veg intake to primarily raw fruit/veg would reduce the AGE-load in the diet somewhat - though if you're cooked zero-carb that wouldn't be an option, of course. Also, cooking the meats in water (ie boiling) is heavily recommended as that reduces the toxins to some extent. Cordain has recommended "slow-cooking" as a more palaeo-friendly way of cooking and claims that it can help reduces the burden of heat-created toxins.

The above attempts do help reduce toxin-loads from cooked foods a bit, but they are not of course anywhere near as effective as going rawpalaeo. Mind you, there are 1 or 2 other possibilities you could consider:- there is a study which showed that caloric restriction reduced the burden of AGEs within the body(makes sense as if one isn't eating cooked foods all the time, then one has more time to get rid of the heat-created toxins already within the body from past meals):-

Also, of course, exercise can reduce the levels of AGEs within the body:-
