Well the fact that the program has been around since the win 9-X days, with no fixes or updates explains things.
I don't have any win 9-X stuff nor am I planning to build a 98 machine. A windows XP-PRO, yes, to run any PSK-31 decoder via the MS Remote Desktop method.
So is there anything out there I could have a look at? I think Digipan and the HRD DM-780 are out and if I have to get my XYL to assist me with a PSK-31 QSO all the time, then that will take the fun out of it.
I run WE 6.1 and can run a JFW demo if anyone has anything to offer with regards to a PSK-31 program.
