As has already been mentioned on this listserv, many kosher for Passover
foods are also gluten-free. The next few weeks are prime time to stock up.

As Lin also mentioned, many Passover foods simply are lacking in taste and
nutrition, so don't overbuy! Still, I find it's a good time to stock up on
some select gluten-free foods -- like nondairy hot dog buns and bakery-style
cookies -- or gluten-free versions of traditional Jewish foods, like
blintzes, kugel noodles and matzah ball mix.

I always spend over an hour at the supermarket looking at all the labels,
which is frustrating. So I've jotted down the list of foods that I bought to
help you find out which brands and which products are likely to be
gluten-free.

You can find my shopping list, with a photo, at www.glutenfreenosh.com or

Happy Passover!

Eve
