I feel really badly about asking all of you for information I should be able
to get myself, but that's the rub...I can't seem to get the information
myself right now.
I need to begin taking iron twice each day. For some reason, I've become
extremely anemic; it's difficult for me to get out to the pharmacies to find
a GF iron tablet without becoming so totally exhausted that I can't get back
to my car to get home. My PCP said I could take any iron from CVS, Rite Aid,
Walgreens, Walmart, etc. I think I'm supposed to take approx 700 mg per day,
with Vit. C, until June 4, so I don't need the large economy bottle.
Can anyone suggest an OTC, GF iron supplement that works for you?
Thanks for your help!! ~~Ayn in Alabama
