I just wanted to share with everyone something that I have been taking that is doing wonders for me.
Since I have been gluten free since 2002, I have started getting sensitivities to other foods e.g. corn, potatoes, soy, chicken. Even though I haven't been eating these foods, I was having intestinal issues, pain, indigestion, diarrhea and just feeling sick all the time. Recently, I began taking Enzycore by Standard Process and have noticed great relief. It says to take one with every meal. I found that taking one with breakfast and one with dinner is the right balance for me. My husband says I'm like my old self again. A Dr. told me that as we get older we loose enzymes in our intestinal tract and that to give these a try. I haven't tried to eat the foods I grew sensitivities to yet. I 'm giving my insides a little time to heal.
I wanted to share in case someone else out there is looking for something to help them.
