A number of listmates  wrote to me to say that there is wheat in many of the buckwheat pasta products. One person recommeneded Eden's brand, which is supposed to be gluten-free. She provided the following link.   http://www.edenfoods.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=108300 

Other than the above, I haven't a clue where to get gf pasta. I haven't tried. Just saw the show this morning.
