For those who are avoiding gluten not because of celiac, but because of
autistic traits, be aware that MOST dried fruits are sulfited.  For
some this could be a significant problem.  Organic dried fruits (such
as raisins) typically contain only the fruit itself.

Sulfites or not, it doesn't change the fact that dried fruits are
fattening, stick to the teeth worse than most candy and often cause
digestive problems!
