I hate to be the rotten apple, but Bette Hagman's new cookbook will not be out
in November.  A date has not been established but it is most likely next
summer.  This information is from Bette.

The experts, report that our flours only require a single rising.  The second
rising does not have a major impact upon taste.  The biggest problem is a lost
in height of the bread.
