We are traveling to Alaska via Holland American cruises.  Does anyone  have 
any experience with them providing for a gluten free diet? Are they  
accommodating?  We are also doing a 7 night land tour to Anchorage,  Fairbanks and 
Denali.  Any info. on where to get gluten free groceries in  Anchorage or 
Denali?
