Kathy,

You might want to see your gyn - I had a leaking problem when I started with the menopause cycle. It lasted a few years then went away again.

There is no shame in wearing Depends. There are those who have no choice i=
n the matter. They have to wear them all their lives. All that can be don=
e really is finding the right type and extra liner pads to handle the situa= tion. It also helps when the PCA knows what they are doing too. I've hear= d of one woman being out at a Sunday outing and it was a real humiliating s= ituation. All what had to be done was making sure the Depends was on prope= rly. Others can relate to that situation. Kathy Jo, you have to just acce= pt that it would be a part of your life. If a simple thing like washable p= ads for beds and wheelcairs were more available when we were younger, our c= hildhoods could've been less tramatic and abusive. =20

Agreed. This is not just a CP thing and Kegel has really worked in my case= .

However depending on the severity of the CP, it may not be possible to do Kegel. I think your doctor can be your best advisor.
