I understand your frustration, but seriously, 3 to 5 messages a day getting 
duplicated once in a while isn't that big a deal...
I occasionally get duplicate messages from one or two people, and they're 
always the same one or two people and it happens just occasionally...
so i'm not sure it's an icors.org issue since not everyone is getting 
duplicate messages.
