This is the first message that appeared in this thread for me unless  
it is quite old.  the topic has come up before but I would appreciate  
some elightnment of the issue under consideration before I go off on a  
rant I don't belong in.

JFW is probably the most widely used one, however there are some
organizations that do not standardize on JFW, due to the cost.  Also, I
