I'm working from memory now (a dangerous practice), but I believe Loren
pointed out to me once that the n3:n6 ratio of grain-fed, feedlot cattle, if
eaten regularly, could cause autoimmune concerns. But I could definitely be
wrong. Loren is on vacation this month, so I can't ask him. I agree with you
that first-hand consumption of grains is _probably_ a greater health risk.
