The chelated glycinate (Albion process) is successfully used by many
without problems as part of a protocol for controlling atrial fibrillation.
Another part of the protocol is a paleolithic diet.
Search afibbers.org for magnesium, lots of experience there, where
people cannot afford to fool around with stuff that does not work.
I tried a home made version of Unique Water (Waller Water, in afibbers
.org). Didn't do anything for me at the time.
