Subject: [PALEOFOOD] Low Potassium

So I was hospitalized for low potassium - 2.9. I felt horrible. Lots of
muscle cramping, heart palpitations, etc. I still feel kind of crappy -
really tired, weak and nauseous. My question: how can I stay paleo while
trying to incorporate potassium rich foods? Of course some top potassium
rich foods are potato and tomatoes, bananas... Any ideas??
Trish
