Yes, I was doing it for awhile and just got back into it. It seems to help.
I use it in my stir fries with veggies and meat.
One thing I should mention is, I crave sashimi just as much as any junk
food. I swear I could eat it every day. Just raw fish. I do take fish oil
supplements, so I don't know why I crave it so much! I wish I could afford
to eat it every day. It really helps cravings, and makes me feel fantastic
for several hours after I eat it.

Have you tried coconut oil for cooking? There is the organic tasteless
kind I use, and the smelly virgin kind that I can't stand. One or both
are supposed to be effective at ridding oneself of yeast.
