Wow.  Strange how that works, Steve.  I just called them and asked for it 
and it arrived a few days later.  Of course, now they think i want 
cartridges sent through the mail again just like the cassettes.  It was like 
pulling teeth to get them to quit sending those. <grin>  Lou
