Hi Adrienne,
I am 5'8" and probably weigh around 140 right now - I am guessing. I am not
big by any means, but I do have some fat accumulated on my hips, butt,
thighs and even my belly that does not need to be there, so I think I have
plenty of reserves. Gaining weight back is the easy part IMO.
