I'm impressed that you came up with this recommendation because today
that's what I thought I'd do. Breakfast and lunch I'm going to eat very
low carb and at dinner I'm going to eat basically the meal my wife cooks,
but a small portion of it, and then eat a little heavier on the low carb
parts of the meal. My wife won't be as aggravated that way either, and
it'll lend a little variety . The carbs I'll get from that one plate
won't be so much, and much much less than my usual.
I'm ready.........
