Bean Casserole
1 can (or jar) B&M Baked Beans
1 can lima beans, drained and rinsed
1 can butter beans, drained and rinsed
1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Brown 6 slices bacon - drain and crumble
In a little bacon fat (or olive oil if you prefer) saute 1 large chopped
onion until translucent.
Mix together and pour over bean mixture
Add 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
dash or two of tabasco
pepper to taste
Mix together and bake at 350 until bubbly.
I bake it the day before and warm in microwave.
Note: I couldn't find large cans of lima beans so I bought two small ones.
