Hi all, I'm new to the whole casein-free thing. I've been GF for 2 years
now, and I'm going on a casein-free diet to see if that helps with some of
my remaining symptoms. I'm wondering if you're on a casein-free diet do you
have to worry about cross-contamination? I know CC is an issue with gluten,
however I don't know about casein. Most notably, I need a sub-lingual
vitamin B supplement, and I noticed the one I'm using contains lactose from
milk. I'd also heard that pure lactose is difficult to derive from milk,
hence the risk of casein CC.
I welcome any info you have on this. Thanks!
