Hi everyone

http://tinyurl.com/np4nnh I received a request from a manufacturer of gluten-free foods to blog about the safety of gluten-free grains. According to this manufacturer she continues to receive calls and emails questioning the safety of these grains unrelated to cross contamination. This is a bit surprising to me but I blogged about this topic today.

Thanks

Tricia
