My youngest son, Everett, is 27 years young. Friday he has surgery to
repair a double hernia. These types of surgeries aren't normally serious
and you come home the same day with a pocket full of pain medications to
recuperate at home, but when I had mine fixed in the early 1990s, you were
off work for 6 weeks, although I came home the same day of the surgery. Now
you go back to work in a couple of three days depending on how quickly you
heal. Anyhow, pray for him if you think of him now, or Friday.

Phil.
