Hello everyone,
I went to the archives to look at what people in the past have had to say
about the awful aftertastes of some of the flours. My kids are newly
diagnosed, and I dont want to make a flour mix, but would rather buy one in
a store. We are using them mostly for general purpose cup for cup
replacements in things like cookies and banana bread. I was having such
poor luck, I even thought I would try this very expensive flour, only to
have it taste worse than the Bob's Red Mill that I had been using. I have
read a few people like Gluten Free Pantry All purpose Flour. Before I spend
any more money and disappointment, I thought I might get your opinions! I
will post a summery!
