A neighbor sometimes forwards me e-mail from her sister that includes an
attachment. However, when I ask Outlook Express to have JAWS read me the
attachment, JAWS says there's no attachment. If I use alt+F and arrow down
to "Save attachment," JAWS tells me there are no attachments.

However, I know there's a long attachment, as downloading her message took
a long time, and my response to her describing my difficulties took equally
long to upload.

I'll be grateful for any suggestions as to how I might overcome this
impasse.

  Nelson
