Hi All,

Last night I ventured into the Borg collective universe of Amazon.com .
I was chasing a book that turned out to be available in paperback,
Kindle format and large print paperback.

The site has a Kindle for the PC client which I downloaded. I decided
to take a chance on the Kindle format and bought the book that way.

Here's my question: does anyone have experience using this client with
either JAWS or Zoomtext? Neither of them works to my standards with the
client. The book is also set up with the ReadAloud feature enabled, but
I can find nothing in the Kindle client that would accomplish that.

I posted grumpy questions about this in my comments on their service
but I have not heard back.

Do other people have any experience with this client and accessibility
software?

If you download e-books from Amazon, do you have tips for getting them
in some other format?

THANKS for your help.
