Lesley and all. I have a new HP lap top and it has a telephone plug-in on
the right hand side near the back. I sent my first fax yesterday using
OpenBook.
My four year old desk top has a telephone plug-in as well.
Thx, Albert

Hello Leslie and others interested in this topic:
Your options are hardware based fax using a fax modem internal or external,
printer with fax capability, or Internet, web based fax such as e fax at
http://home.efax.com/s/r/efax-brand12?VID=33675&gclid=CPXx_4zTu54CFR9inAodOH
uimQ
So it would depend on how much you fax. just Google web fax to see what
comes up Most web based services have a free trial period . you send the
service an email with instructions on who to send it to by fax.
Sorry I have never faxed anything in my life so I am not speaking from
experience here. I do have a printer with fax capability but have no idea
how to use it.
