If the SWR is 10 to one and you actually want to use it that way, you have a 
lot more problem than worrying about feedline. Of course depending on the 
installation, the fact is, coax is better especially inside since ladder 
line can radiate and can get you RF feedback if too close to the radio or 
cause RFI. It depends on the install, I know people who never have that 
problem, and some who always have that problem but as a rule, if running 
ladder line, keep it outside. My problem where I live is trying to keep it 
low profile and ladder line is certainly not low profile, it sticks out like 
a sore thumb other wise I'd try to stick the cobra ultralite out there 
somehow.
