Lou,

I also had an antenna from him back in the 80's.  86 feet total  length, 
full size on 40 with coils to shorten for 80, and a parallel dipole  held 
off with spreaders for 10 meters and coils to shorten for 20.    Still have 
the coils kicking around here and may do something with them in the future. 
Bill W9INN was a nice guy and sorry he is now SK.
