Hi Butch: 

Universal Radio lists the 450AT, the one I have, for 899 plus you receive a 100 dollar off coopon. The unit with out the atu, 799 plus the coopon. 
I paid 1645 to my door here in NL Canada for the rig, MD-100A8X desk mic, vectronics 1.5KW dummy load, Tigertronics Signal Link USB interface and 6 position antenna switch.
