There was an overwhelming response to my question about the Villages.

These are the places to shop and to eat:

Shopping:  Publix, Winn-Dixie, and Sweet Bay.  A place called Red Sauce in Sumter Landing has GF Bread.

Eating out:  There are many of the gluten friendly resturants in the Villages Area.

Panera's
Chilli's
Ruby Tuesday
Bone Fish Gill
Outback
Little Joey's

Thank you to all who kindly responded.
