Hi,
I have a recipe for bread I want to try. It calls for two-thirds cups of
powdered dry milk.

the liquids in the recipe consist of 4 eggs, 1.5 cups warm water,
one-fourth cup oil, 1 tsp. vinegar.

Since I don't have the powdered dry milk, I tried to find substitutions on
the internet, but it just boggled my mind (which is pretty easy to do!).

I could substitute regular milk or evaporated milk if someone can just give
me the right amount. Anyone good with math out there and knows what to
do???
