I've been GF for 12 years, my family (all celiac) has been staying with my
parents the past month to save money and I have been glutened more times in the
past month then I have in the past 12 years! I cook meals separately and use my
GF pans but I'm still getting the big D on a regular basis shortly after eating.
I react to trace amounts so cross contamination causes me problems. The only
thing I can think of is sharing a scrubby brush for washing dishes which is put
though the dishwasher daily. What am I missing?
