Two Chefs Restaurant in Miami, Florida is offering a Gluten free cooking class for this Saturday, Nov. 13th. The class would start at eleven in the morning and run 'till about 1:30 pm.  It is a hands-on class. Each item on the menu gets assigned to one person; some items require two. But the whole meal gets enjoyed at the end of the class. And if you've never been to Two Chefs, it's quite a treat!  They are well known for their delicious souffles.

This is the menu:

  *   Cream of Butternut Squash
  *   Goat Cheese stuffed Mushrooms with Dates
  *   Corvina Ceviche "Peruvian Style"
  *   Quinoa-Pear Salad with Arugula and Dried Cranberries
  *   Turkey Roulade with Spinach and Feta Cheese
  *   Skillet Corn Bread
  *   Green Beans Almondine
  *   Chardonnay Glazed Baby Carrots
  *   Sweet Potato-Idaho Potato Casserole
  *   Chocolate Soufflé
The fee is $85 per person - only for the food (beverages are separate). For this class to be confirmed, there must be a minimum of 10 people attending and they need to know by tomorrow, Thursday. To sign up,  just  call the restaurant and ask for Oscar  (305-663-2100).   They take payment at the end of the class.
