I have recently seen several different manufacturers of Indian food in
boil a bags that come directly from India. They have all (so far)
been very clear about being Gluten Free (and other categories as well,
such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Kosher).

The one my Celiac 8 year old pickey eater daughter (who does not like
spicy food) loves is Madras Lentils by "TastyBite"
(http://tastybite.com). She likes it as a bean stew, but you can also
put it over rice to make it a larger meal.

These are showing up in most of our local grocery stores (RTP, NC) ,
as well as in Costco. The website also has a store locater on it and
they do online orders, but you would get a better deal in the grocery
store or at Costco.

* Please remember some posters may be WHEAT-FREE, but not GLUTEN-FREE *
