Recently I made pasta for the first time using Bette Haggman's Egg Pasta
recipe. It was fun to make and the texture was excellent. However . . .
I wasn't as pleased with the flavor. It seemed to be a bit sulphury.
Perhaps my palate was having a bad day. Anyway, I'd like to try another
recipe. Does anyone have any favorites they'd like to share?
