Have any of you tried a substitute for "Cake Flour"?  I remember a few years ago it was suggested we use just corn starch as a substitute but have not tried it.  Have you used just regular GF flour mix for a substitute for "sifted cake flour"? This is not a time to experiment as I need to make it on Saturday if I am going to use this recipe.  Thank you in advance.
