Hi everyone,
Just wanted to share with you the news...
I just got off the phone with a representative from POST cereals after
inquiring about their Fruity and Coco Pebbles. I was told that since
June 2009 POST has been producing this cereal on a gluten free dedicate
line. The rep clarified that the line is completely free form wheat,
rye, barely and oats. She also clarified that the caramel coloring used
in the Coco Pebbles is NOT derived from wheat. However, at this time
they are not legally declaring Gluten Free on the package because of any
possible risk of cross contamination that may occur during
transportation. Just thought I share...
Natalie
