A friend of mine wrote to Betty Crocker about the new mixes coming out this summer, with regard to their being kosher. This is the reply she got. I'm sharing, for the benefit of those on the listserv who are gf and keep kosher. (I do.)

Lin

Thank you for your question regarding our new line of Betty Crocker Gluten Free Dessert mixes. These products are all Kosher Pareve. The symbol on the boxes may look different from what you are used to because the mixes are made and Kosher certified in Canada.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
Sincerely,

Harry Kendall
