when allot of reflected power comes back,the meter will not show the correct
reading.
you can get 500W out of a 100 watt transmitter, acording to the meter, if
there is enough reflected power coming back or a really high SWR. The LDG
tw1 meter also becomes highly inaccurate on the rf power output readings the
higher the SWR reading.
with an swr of 60 to 1, and a 100w transmitter, the meter will claim you are
putting out 1000 watts and so on.
