Tom,

It sounds like your RFI problem is that the TV is picking up signal 
radiating from your antenna.  You may have inadvertently fried something in 
the set which picked up the RF due to poor shielding within the set itself. 
Unfortunately, there's no simple answer to these kinds of problems.  You 
could try some obvious things such as torroids on any cables connected to 
the set, but even that may not be enough.  You might even want to call 
Toshiba about this one, but my feeling is that something in the set finally 
gave up the ghost.
