Bertille Baking makes and ships fresh gluten-free buns.

Crenü nutrition bars come in eight flavors that 
are all gluten-free. Garbanzo bean flour is the 
first ingredient, then nuts, dried fruit, and lots of other ingredients.

DeIorio's Frozen Dough Products/Violet Packing 
sells a frozen gluten-free pizza shell product 
line to restaurants and institutions.

Gramma Mill's Gluten Free Foods in Maine sells a 
variety of mixes through an eBay store. All 15 mixes are also dairy free.

King Arthur Flour now has eight gluten free 
baking mixes and flours. They have a dedicated 
gluten-free facility and all are kosher.

Rudi's Gluten-free Bakery is a new line that will 
include an original sandwich bread, multigrain 
bread and cinnamon raisin bread, and will be 
nationally available starting July 1, 2010.

Sandwich Petals are a line of gluten-free flat 
breads that have 10 grains and prebiotics. They 
are also dairy-free and soy-free. They come in 
three flavors and are shelf-stable.

Three Senses Gourmet produces all natural gluten 
free frozen desserts, including a chocolate 
soufflé, a brioche chocolate chip bread pudding, 
and a caramel chocolate soufflé. Sold at retail 
locations in Northern California.
